Take the vanilla ice cream bar and freeze it por 1 hour or until firm<br \/>\n2. Place the malanga crumbs in a bowl and roll the ice cream bar over them until its coated with the powder<br \/>\n3. place coated ice cream bar back in the freezer for 30 minutes<br \/>\n4. Heat vegetable oil to 350 F<br \/>\n5. Carefully place the coated ice cream bar into hot oil for about 1 min or until golden brown<br \/>\n6. To make the berry sauce: combine berries, sugar and lemon juice in a small pan, cook over medium heat until sauce thickens sligthly, and let it cool<br \/>\n7.
