Take the vanilla ice cream bar and freeze it por 1 hour or until firm<br>2. Place the malanga crumbs in a bowl and roll the ice cream bar over them until its coated with the powder<br>3. Place coated ice cream bar back in the freezer for 30 minutes<br>4. Heat vegetable oil to 350 F<br>5. Carefully place the coated ice cream bar into hot oil for about 1 min or until golden brown<br>6. To make the berry sauce: combine berries, sugar and lemon juice in a small pan, cook over medium heat until sauce thickens sligthly, and let it cool<br>7.
