Ingredients:

– 1 vanilla ice cream bar
– 1 cup of malanga powder ( just crush the chips)
– Vegetable oil

For the berry sauce:
– 1 cup of berries
– 1/4 cup of sugar
– 1 tablespoon of lemon

Instructions
1. Take the vanilla ice cream bar and freeze it por 1 hour or until firm
2. Place the malanga crumbs in a bowl and roll the ice cream bar over them until its coated with the powder
3. Place coated ice cream bar back in the freezer for 30 minutes
4. Heat vegetable oil to 350 F
5. Carefully place the coated ice cream bar into hot oil for about 1 min or until golden brown
6. To make the berry sauce: combine berries, sugar and lemon juice in a small pan, cook over medium heat until sauce thickens sligthly, and let it cool
7. Serve the fried vanilla ice cream immediately , drizzled with the berry sauce
